Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at your next billing date. Your tracked domains and pages adjust to the new plan limits automatically.
What happens after the trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After 7 days your card is charged for the plan you selected and your monitoring continues uninterrupted. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are billed and decide AI Grade Tool is not for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. The 7-day free trial also lets you evaluate everything before any payment.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month (or year-to-year on annual billing) with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime from the customer portal and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
